HSEdx provides digital products and services (online courses, learning content, and subscriptions). Because digital content is delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately, returns are not the same as physical goods. However, we follow a fair and transparent approach for genuine cases.


1. Applicability

This policy applies to:

  • Individual course purchases

  • Individual subscriptions

  • Corporate subscriptions / corporate licences

2. General Rule (Digital Access)

Once a course/subscription is activated and access is provided, refunds may be limited. Refunds are considered only in the eligible situations below.


3. Eligible Refund Cases

You may be eligible for a refund (fully or partially) if:

  1. Duplicate payment (same transaction charged twice)

  2. Payment captured, but access not granted, and our support team cannot resolve access within a reasonable time

  3. The wrong plan was activated due to a technical error on our side

  4. Purchase made, but service could not be delivered due to a verified platform-side issue


4. Non-Refundable Situations (Typically)

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • change of mind after access has been used,

  • inability to complete due to personal time constraints,

  • lack of compatibility on your device/network beyond reasonable support guidance,

  • corporate users where licences have been issued/used and reporting access has begun,

  • violations of Terms & Conditions (misuse, credential sharing, policy breach).


5. Corporate Subscriptions (Special Note)

For corporate subscriptions/licences:

  • Refund or credit (if any) will depend on the contract/quotation/PO terms, licence activation status, and usage.

  • Where feasible, we may offer adjustments such as plan correction, licence reallocation, or credits, instead of a direct refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hsedx@nfsi.in with:

  • Registered name + email/phone

  • Invoice number/transaction ID

  • Course/subscription name

  • Date of payment

  • Issue description + screenshots (if available)


7. Review & Timelines

  • We aim to respond within 5–7 working days.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank/gateway timelines may vary.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you raise a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend access while we investigate. We recommend contacting hsedx@nfsi.in to resolve quickly.
